- Chloë Julianne Moore is a triple threat actress from California. Born and raised in Orange County, CA, she spent almost a decade in Phoenix, AZ. After graduating Grand Canyon University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.S. in Leadership she moved back to California to start her career film and TV.
